Half Moon Wax Wraps come packaged with proper care instructions and a handy little clothespin for hanging your wraps to dry. Not only is each wrap hand-made, but we personally wrap each order in recycled paper and ship priority 2-Day mail with the United States Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is received and processed with your USPS tracking information and itemized receipt.

Returns

If your wraps arrive in unsatisfactory condition, send them back to us for a replacement. Contact us through the website (information below) to let us know your concern. Once we’ve made contact, the damaged wraps can be shipped back- we will refund the price of shipping and send out a fresh set within 48 hours or receiving the returned wraps. Please make certain that there wasn’t an issue with USPS or that your wraps were not left out in extreme temperatures too long.
